Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EliteRepairPro mobile application (the “App”) provided by Inayat Enterprises (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law to use the App. The App is intended for business use by mobile repair shop owners and staff.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- Activity under your account is your responsibility.
- Notify us immediately at inayatenterprises7@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any illegal activity.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code.
- Use the App to store data of customers who have not consented to having their information stored digitally.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the App.
- Attempt to disrupt or compromise the App’s infrastructure, security, or other users.
- Use the App to send unsolicited marketing communications (spam) to your customers.
4. Your data
- You own your data. All shop, customer, job, inventory, dealer, and used-phone records you create remain your property.
- We process it on your behalf — see our Privacy Policy for full details.
- You can export your data at any time via the App’s report and PDF generation features.
- You can delete your account any time via Settings → Delete Account. A 30-day grace period applies; after that, deletion is permanent.
5. Pricing
- Launch period — every feature is free for every user. While the App is in its launch period, all features are unlocked for every shop owner without any payment, credit card, or trial timer. Use everything you see in the app today, at no cost.
- Paid plans will arrive later. When pricing goes live, paid plans will be offered as Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime subscriptions, so you can pick the commitment level that fits your business.
- A Free plan will always remain available with the essentials (core repair workflow, customer database, basic dashboard) with limits on storage and access to advanced modules. No shop owner will be forced into a paid plan to keep using the basics.
- Paid plans will unlock the rest of the App and include every feature we ship in future updates automatically.
- No surprise billing. Anyone using the App when paid plans launch will receive advance notice and will be able to choose a plan that matches their needs — current data will not be locked behind a billing wall.
- Exact paid-plan pricing will be published before the paid-plan launch. Any pricing changes thereafter will be communicated in advance, and your existing data will never be held hostage by a billing dispute.
- You can downgrade from a paid plan to the Free plan at any time. Your data is retained subject to the Free plan’s storage limits — overflow data remains downloadable for a reasonable period before being archived or removed.
6. Service availability
- The App relies on Google Firebase infrastructure (Firestore, Cloud Storage, Auth).
- We strive for high availability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Offline mode — the App caches up to 100 MB of your data locally so you can continue working during internet outages. Changes sync automatically when connectivity returns.
- Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and force-majeure events may cause temporary unavailability.
7. Intellectual property
- The App’s source code, design, logos, and branding are the intellectual property of Inayat Enterprises.
- The “EliteRepairPro” name and logo are our trademarks.
- You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute these without our written permission.
8. Customer warranty / disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- Data will never be lost (although we maintain backups via Firebase).
- The App will meet every specific business requirement you may have.
You use the App at your own risk. Always keep your own backups of critical business records (export PDFs of important invoices and reports).
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim — which, while the App is free, is zero.
- We are not liable for any business decisions you make based on data displayed by the App. Verify financial figures before acting on them.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Inayat Enterprises harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App in violation of these Terms.
- Your handling of your customers’ personal data (you are the data controller for that data).
- Any business disputes between you and your customers, dealers, or employees.
11. Termination
- You may terminate by deleting your account in the App.
- We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, with notice where practicable, if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that harms other users, our infrastructure, or our business.
- Termination does not affect rights and obligations already accrued.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at
[YOUR_CITY], India. - Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at inayatenterprises7@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the issue in good faith for at least 30 days.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the change. Material changes will be communicated in-app. Your continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
