Delete your EliteRepairPro account

You're in full control of your shop's data. Here's exactly how to delete your account and what happens to your data after.

In-app deletion (fastest)

The fastest way to delete your EliteRepairPro account is from inside the app itself. The full deletion takes about 30 seconds to initiate, and your data is permanently removed after a 30-day grace period (described below).

  1. Open the EliteRepairPro app on your phone.
  2. Sign in if you aren't already signed in.
  3. Tap the Settings icon (top right of the Dashboard).
  4. Scroll to the very bottom of Settings.
  5. In the red Danger Zone card, tap Delete Account.
  6. Read the confirmation dialog carefully, then tap Delete my account.
  7. You'll be signed out immediately. A 30-day grace period begins.
Heads-up: within the 30-day grace period you can cancel the deletion simply by signing back in — the app will offer to reactivate your account and restore all your data instantly. After 30 days the deletion is permanent.

Email deletion request

If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, you can request account deletion by emailing us. Please send the request from the same email address you used to register your account, or from your registered phone number's linked email.

We process every email-based deletion request within 3 business days. Once we confirm your identity, the 30-day grace period begins from the day we mark the account for deletion.

What gets permanently deleted

After the 30-day grace period, the following is permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered:

  • ×Your shop profile (name, logo, address, GSTIN, signature, bank info, UPI ID, invoice prefix).
  • ×All your customer records (names, phones, addresses, profile photos, repair history).
  • ×All your repair jobs (device info, IMEI, lock patterns/PINs, photos, payment history, generated PDFs).
  • ×Your inventory and stock movement history.
  • ×Dealer records and credit-ledger entries.
  • ×Used-phone purchase, repair, and sale records.
  • ×Your authentication record (email + password and / or phone-OTP login).
  • ×All uploaded files in Cloud Storage (photos, signatures, logos).

What is retained (and why)

We retain the absolute minimum required by law or for operational integrity:

  • ! Anonymous, aggregated analytics — non-identifiable usage statistics (e.g., “how many users tried feature X this month”) are retained for product improvement. These contain no personally identifying information and cannot be linked back to you after your account is deleted.
  • ! Your own tax records — invoices, job sheets and receipts are generated on your phone and shared by you. We never keep a copy of the finished PDF, so there is nothing on our side to retain. Indian tax law may require you to keep them, so export whatever you need before you delete — once the 30 days pass we cannot recover them for you.
  • ! Crash and security logs — anonymous crash reports may persist in Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days for service-reliability purposes. These contain device-model and crash-trace data, not your personal data.

All listed data is permanently removed from Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Firebase Auth. Cannot be recovered.
